Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to prescribe all matters concerning KJY Group (the "Company") and its members.
Article 2 Definition of Terms
A member is a person who agrees to the company's terms and conditions and provides information to register as a member.
Article 3 Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions take effect by posting them online on the company's website. Members who have agreed to the terms and conditions and have signed up for membership will apply the terms and conditions from the point of consent, and if there is a change in the terms and conditions, the changed terms and conditions will apply from the effective date.
2. The company may, if deemed necessary, amend the terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws. When revising the terms and conditions, the contents of the revised terms and conditions, the reasons for the revision, the effective date, etc. shall be specified and announced on the first page of the website or the page connected to the first page for at least seven days prior to the effective date. 3. Members have the right to reject the revised terms and conditions. If you continue to use the service without expressing your refusal within 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, you are deemed to have agreed to the change of the terms and conditions.
Article 4 Non-Terms and Conditions Rules
1. If necessary, the company may set the terms and conditions for each service separately from these terms and conditions, and if the contents of these terms and conditions for each service conflict, the terms and conditions for each service shall be applied in preference.
2. Matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be subject to the terms and conditions of each service and related laws and regulations set by the Company.
Article 5 Membership
1. Members apply for membership by entering information on certain forms required by the company and expressing their consent to the terms and conditions and are signed up as members with approval from the company.
2. Members must enter the real name and actual information of the user when applying for membership under paragraph (1). Members who fail to comply with this cannot claim any rights and may be punished according to relevant laws and regulations.
3. If you sign up for membership through this site, you will sign up as a member at the same time on all sites around the world operated by the company directly or in partnership.
4. Members can use a single ID and password under the company's global integrated membership management system to log in to any site in the world that the company operates directly or in partnership with.
Article 6 Restrictions on Membership
1. The company may reserve membership until the cause is resolved, if there is no room in the company's facilities, technical difficulties occur, or if necessary due to other circumstances of the company.
2. In principle, the company approves membership if there are no business or technical problems. However, in the following cases, the company may not arbitrarily approve membership or revoke membership. ① Where an application is not made by real name or by using the name of another person
② If false information is entered or the necessary information is not entered in the form required by the company
③ Where an application is filed for the purpose of hindering or hindering public order or good morals
④ Where a service is intended to be used for an unlawful purpose
⑤ Where an application is made by a user whose use contract has been terminated in violation of the terms and conditions or laws
⑥ Where it is objectively determined that it is associated with a crime
⑦ In case of violation of other relevant laws and regulations
3. If a person under the age of 14 applies for membership, the company can request parental consent and leave it pending parental consent.
4. If the company disqualifies its membership, it cancels its membership registration. In this case, the members can be notified in advance to give them an opportunity to call.
Article 7 Use and Protection of Personal Information
1. The company may be provided with membership information and use this membership information so that members may use the company's services efficiently.
2. The company strives to protect the personal information of members as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations. Related laws and the company's personal information handling policy apply to the protection and use of member's personal information.
3. The Company shall not provide the personal information of its members to a third party without the prior consent of its members: Provided, That this shall not apply in the following cases.
① If you provide a 'Domain Registrar Information (WHOIS)' inquiry service for the domain name
② Where a request is made by a state agency in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
③ Where an investigative agency requests it for the purpose of investigating a crime
④ Where it is necessary for information protection, such as confirmation of fraud, including violation of members' terms and conditions
⑤ Where the member's information is used for business contact
⑥ In the case of sharing some information only on banking-related matters
⑦ Where statistics are prepared, public relations materials, academic research, or market research are necessary, and are provided in a form that cannot be identified as a specific member
Article 8 Withdrawal of Membership
1. Members can request the company to leave at any time, and the company processes the withdrawal as soon as they receive the request. However, the company does not process the withdrawal if the member has a service in use by the company.
2. Members may request withdrawal of membership after suspension or termination of the service being used by the company, and in this case, the company will immediately process the withdrawal of membership.
Article 9 Notification to Members
1. If the company notifies the member, the e-mail address provided by the member to the company may be used.
2. The company can replace the notice to the members by announcing it through the bulletin board on the company's website.
Article 10 Obligations of the Company
1. The company does its best to provide continuous and reliable services as stipulated by the terms and conditions.
2. The company establishes a security system for the protection of members' personal information and complies with the privacy policy.
3. The company does its best to maintain e-commerce order through fair and sound operation.
4. The company handles the issue first if it deems justifiable for the inconvenience and issue being raised.
Article 11 Duties of Members
1. Members are responsible for managing membership IDs (IDs) and passwords (passwords).
2. Members should manage their IDs and passwords so that third parties do not know them. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by the leakage of information due to the member's carelessness.
3. When applying for membership or changing membership information, members must write all matters in their true information based on facts, and if false or other information is provided, they cannot claim all rights related to it.
4. Members must comply with the provisions of the terms and conditions, announcements, and relevant laws and regulations, and must not engage in any act that interferes with the company's business, damages the company's reputation, or damages others.
5. Members should notify the company immediately through the process of modifying their membership information if their personal information such as address, contact information, and e-mail address has changed.
Article 12 Disclaimer
1. The company is not liable for compensation, etc. in the following cases.
① Force majeure cases such as wartime, incident, natural disasters, or equivalent state of emergency
② In the case of intentional or negligence that falls under the reasons attributable to the member
③ In the case of a telecommunications service failure or lack of facilities provided by a telecommunications business operator other than the company under the Telecommunications Business Act
④ Where it is impossible to provide services due to unavoidable reasons due to the nature of telecommunications services
⑤ Where the suspension of service is notified in advance due to unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, construction, etc.
2. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by the member's failure to obtain the expected benefits from the Company's provision of services or the potential value and selection or use of service materials from the Services.
3. The member is responsible for the problem caused by the leak of the member's ID and password due to the member's attributable reason, and the company is not responsible for anything.
4. The member is responsible for any problems caused by the member's failure to keep the contact information such as phone number and e-mail and bank account information up to date, and the company is not responsible for any problems. (e.g., notification of service change, refund of service usage fee, etc.)
5. The Company shall not be liable for any damages in connection with the use of the Services provided by the Company for free.
Article 13 Resolution and Jurisdiction of Disputes
1. Matters not prescribed in these terms and conditions, or unclear interpretation shall be handled in consultation with each other in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. In the event of a dispute between the member and the company, the court where the company's headquarters is located shall be the competent court.
