Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KJY Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), which operates the ATG online platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), and its members.


Article 2 (Definitions)


  • “Member” means a consumer who registers as a member by agreeing to the Terms and providing personal information.



  • “ID” refers to a combination of letters and numbers determined by the member and approved by the Company for identification and service use.



  • “Password” refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member to protect their account.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect when announced online on the Company’s website.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by relevant laws. When amended, the Company shall specify the revised content, reasons, and effective date, and announce them at least seven (7) days prior to enforcement.

However, if the amendment is disadvantageous to members, it shall be announced at least thirty (30) days in advance.

Members have the right to reject the revised Terms. Continued use of the services after the effective date shall be deemed as consent.


Article 4 (Matters Not Stipulated in the Terms)

Purchasing, refunds, and shipping are governed by separate Purchase Terms and Shipping Policies.

Rights, obligations, revenue sharing, and activity restrictions of business members are governed by separate Business Membership Terms.

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practices.


Article 5 (Membership Registration)

A person may apply for membership by filling out the required form provided by the Company and agreeing to these Terms, and becomes a member upon the Company’s approval.

Members must provide their real name and accurate information; rights cannot be claimed if false information is provided.

Only individuals aged 18 or older may join; minors without the consent of their legal guardian may not register.

Upon registration, members can log into all global sites operated by the Company with a single ID and password under the Company’s integrated membership management system.


Article 6 (Restrictions on Membership)

The Company may defer membership approval in cases of system limitations, technical issues, or other circumstances.

The Company may reject membership applications or revoke membership if any of the following applies:


  1. Use of another person’s name or false identity.



  2. Providing false information or omitting required details.



  3. Applying for purposes contrary to public order or morals.



  4. Intending to use the service for unlawful purposes.



  5. Previous termination due to violation of law or Terms.



  6. Involvement in criminal activities as reasonably determined.



  7. Any other violation of applicable laws.

If membership is revoked, the Company shall notify the member in advance and provide an opportunity to explain.


Article 7 (Use and Protection of Personal Information)

The Company collects member information to provide services smoothly.

The Company protects personal information in accordance with applicable laws, as detailed in its Privacy Policy.

The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.


Article 8 (Withdrawal of Membership)

Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company shall process withdrawal immediately.

However, if products that have been paid for are still in transit, withdrawal shall be processed only after delivery is completed.

After withdrawal, member information and usage records will be retained as required by law and then destroyed.


Article 9 (Notices to Members)

The Company may notify members through the email address provided.

For general notices to unspecified members, posting on the Company’s website bulletin board shall suffice.


Article 10 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company shall endeavor to provide stable and continuous services.

The Company shall establish security systems to protect personal information and comply with relevant laws.

The Company shall maintain fair trade practices and promptly address member complaints.


Article 11 (Obligations of Members)

Members are responsible for safely managing their ID and password.

The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from a member’s negligence in account management.

Members must provide accurate information and it immediately when changes occur.

Members must comply with these Terms, notices, and applicable laws, and must not disrupt service operations or cause harm to others.


Article 12 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable in the following cases:


  1. Force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or national emergencies.



  2. Damages caused by the member’s intent or negligence.



  3. Service interruptions due to third-party telecommunications providers.



  4. Service suspension due to unavoidable circumstances.



  5. Pre-announced service suspensions for maintenance, inspection, or construction.

The Company shall not be liable for members failing to achieve expected benefits or results.

The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by a member’s poor information management.

However, this disclaimer does not apply to damages caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.


Article 13 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and practices.

In case of disputes between the Company and members, the court of jurisdiction shall be the court at the Company’s headquarters.

For international transactions, disputes may be resolved in accordance with the rules of an international arbitration institution designated by the Company.

These Terms shall take effect on August 1, 2025.
