Article 1 (General Provisions)
KJY Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the personal information of its members and complies with relevant laws such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and the Personal Information Protection Act.
This Policy explains how the personal information provided by members is used and protected, and what measures are taken to safeguard it.

Members are responsible for protecting their own personal information, and any damages caused by the leakage of account information (ID, password) shall be borne by the member.

Upon order/payment: shipping information (recipient’s name, contact information, address), payment information (card company, account number, etc.)
Automatically collected during service use: access IP, cookies, access records, payment records, suspension records, etc.
Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
The Company will destroy personal information without delay upon member withdrawal.
However, certain information may be retained for a specified period under relevant laws:
Records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
Records of payment and supply of goods/services: 5 years
Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
Article 5 (Procedures and Methods of Destroying Personal Information)
Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose of processing has been achieved shall be destroyed without delay.
Paper documents: shredded or incinerated
Electronic files: deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the member’s consent.
Exceptions apply in the following cases:

Where requested by public authorities for criminal investigations, etc.
