ATG Return & Exchange Policy

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Before contacting Customer Service, please prepare the following:
  
  Order number / Photo of the opened package / Photo of the damaged or incorrectly delivered item.

  
  



• You must contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the item.

  
  



• All shipping costs incurred for exchanges or refunds will be covered by ATG.

2. Missing Items

• Please prepare your order number and a photo of the opened package, then contact Customer Service.

  
  



• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

  
  



• Once confirmed, the missing item will be resent immediately, and all costs will be covered by ATG.

3. Returned Items (Undeliverable/Incorrect Address)

• Packages returned due to unknown recipient, incorrect address, or insufficient address details will not be refunded.

  
  



• However, reshipping is possible upon customer request, in which case additional shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  
  



• Inquiries regarding returned packages are accepted within 60 days (2 months) from the shipping date only.

4. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

• Change of mind (customer’s personal preference)

  
  



• Items requested for return/exchange after 14 days of delivery

  
  



• Items that show signs of use or intentional damage
